ERL has invited industry to participate in driving its research since the lab’s inception in 1982 through its Founding Membership Program. Sponsors have the unique opportunity to help define and prioritize critical problems in sub-surface characterization and influence which projects should be launched.

There are three vehicles for industry involvement in the Lab:

Becoming a Founding Member of ERL
Supporting a specific research project through a direct contract or grant
Providing funds in the form of a gift or fellowship to support graduate students or postdoctoral fellows.
